Please accept my condolences for your loss. Having worked with Susan for 7 years, I have very clear recollections of her - and perhaps that is of a side of her that you did not see? Susan was a standout: she exemplified a hard working leader with an engaging temperament. Being close to each project and having a flawless memory, she quickly became and remained the Domain Expert in Chemistry & Manufacturing for Regulatory Affairs. She did not have to dress well each and every day - but she did. She did not have to quietly reach out to help colleagues with work-related problems or personal issues - but she did. And she did not need to have a great sense of humour - but she did. It was a privilege to work with her and a pleasure to get to know her! Ken Michalko

I had the extreme pleasure of driving with Susan & another friend to vacation in South Carolina. We enjoyed delicious food, good wine & best of all tremendous girl time with lots of laughs and unforgettable conversations. Susan was a kind, generous and gentle person and she will be greatly missed. May God watch over her until we meet again.
