Dear Ute: Sending condolences to you & the entire Laird family....it was such a shock to hear that he had passed away & so very sad....he was always kind to me....I can still see him standing on his porch on St Patty's Day asking me if I had gotten my corned beef & cabbage dinner when I was in Gulfport and when i said "ya couldn't get near the places" he said "wait right there a minute" & so I did....in the middle of the street...a couple minutes later out comes 'Scotty" with a full St Patricks Day meal for me INCLUDING cheesecake for dessert....now that's just the way he was...opinionated , strong willed, strong beliefs, always willing to take the time to explain things I didn't understand, BiG-hearted Scotsman who I will miss a lot...keeping you in thoughts & prayers Ute...miss our chats...Blessin's, Chris
