Phyllis Anne Baumann (nee Thomson)

Passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Health Centre, Barrie on Saturday May 20, 2017 at the age of 72 years. Beloved wife of Frank Baumann for 54 years. Dear mother of Debby and her husband Ernie Farmer; loving grandmother of Leah Farmer; sister of Marie Cameron, Robert Thomson, John Thomson and Bob Norton; pre-deceased by her brothers Bill, Gord and Earl Thomson. Dear aunt of many nieces and nephews and special friend to many. Fondly remembered by her many extended family members. She will be lovingly remembered and forever in our hearts.

May the road rise to meet you,

May the wind be always at your back,

May the sun shine warm upon your face,

May the rain fall soft upon your fields,

And until we meet again,

May God hold you in the palm of his hand.

Words cannot ever express the sadness and emptiness one feels when you've lost someone so dear and meaningful to you .... Hope that her zest for life, her enormous loving heart, her smile, her warmth, her larger than life hugs --her "everything" -- comforts you all in the days, weeks, months and years to come. On those days you feel you cannot be consoled, may her angelic spirit calm your soul. She will be missed by so many. My heartfelt condolences to all of you.... She has left me with over 30 years of the most comforting and beautiful memories. Love you "Mrs. B". xoxoxxoo

Debby, so sorry for your loss. Your mom was one of my favourite customers at Walmart and she always had a smile when she came through my cash. Sorry I'm unable to be at the service but you and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. The first time I met your mom she said Hi my name is Phyllis and don't forget it. I told her I wouldn't because I have a sister Phyllis.

My thoughts are with you. She was such a lovely, friendly person. Always a smile when I came over. We will all miss her. Hugs.
