Jean and Family: Dorothy and I would like to send our condolences on Phil's recent passing. I knew Phil as a very hardworking OMHA REM with his main purpose of providing a safe and fun environment for all youth wanting to play hockey.
By Bill Leask

My heart aches to hear of Phil’s passing. He was one of my “favourites” and I will always hold fond memories of him. He had a gift of making me laugh and always kept positive even in the most challenging of situations. My thoughts and prayers to Jean and the rest of his family.

I have just learned of Phil's passing. My sincere condolences to Jean and to Kelley Anne. I always enjoyed his outlook on life.
