PAYNE, Frank - Suddenly on Tuesday November 15th, 2017 at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie, in his 84th year. Frank Payne beloved husband of Huguette (Huey) and the late Carol Payne. Dear father of Dave (Catherine) and Sandra (Derrick Hillier). Dear step-father of Sandra Marion, Sherry (Logan Smith) and the late Rick Craft.  Loving Grandpa of Taylor, Haylee and Cassidy. Brother of John Payne. Pre-deceased by his brothers Bill, Bob and Bud. Friends may call at the INNISFIL FUNERAL HOME, 7910 Yonge Street, Stroud (705-431-1717) on Saturday November 25th, 2017 from 2:00 p.m. until time of service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
