PEARL, Derek Kent – May 3^rd, 1952 – September 15^th, 2017, after a valiant battle with cancer Derek passed away peacefully at Southlake Hospital, Newmarket. He is survived by his partner, Jennifer Thibeault (Jenny), whose love and support to the very end were without bounds. Derek will be missed by his siblings Debbie Pearl-Kay (Alan) and Brent Pearl (Pamela), his nieces Nicole Kotschorek-Burk, Alexandra Kotschorek (Blake McQuattie), his nephew Chase Pearl, and great-nephew Dylan Burk. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, October 29^th, 2017  at The Spoke Recreation Hall, Sandy Cove, Innisfil (Lockhart Rd. & 15 Main St.) from 12:00-3:00p.m. with tributes at 1:00p.m. Cremation has taken place.
